JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — Voters in Southeast Missouri will be choosing a candidate to represent them in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Republican incumbent Jason Smith and Democratic candidate Kathy Ellis are in the running for the position.
Libertarian Tom Schmitz is also running to represent Missouri’s Eighth Congressional District.
