Increasing clouds today, showers arrive by tomorrow morning —
Expect mostly sunny skies earlier this afternoon with a cooler easterly wind. Clouds increase after dismissal, turning partly to mostly cloudy this evening. Highs today will be cooler than yesterday in the middle 60’s.
Tonight a cluster of unsettled weather approaches from the southwest. An area of low-pressure will thicken the clouds and have showers arrive from the west after midnight. Lows drop into the middle 40’s.
Clouds stay thick tomorrow with showers/ drizzle hanging around for most of the day. Rainfall accumulations will be light, only about 0.25″ at most. Temperatures will be chilly thanks to clouds and a steady light rain with highs only in the low to middle 50’s.
Drizzle exits early on Friday, but clouds linger in the afternoon. Highs stay cool in the middle 50’s.
Southerly flow helps temperatures get warmer on Saturday with highs in the lower 60’s under a mix of sun and clouds.
A trough, or dip in the jet stream, sets up just to our northeast this weekend, keeping us in the path of some weak upper-level disturbances. A quick shooting low pressure swings through on Sunday bringing a chance of showers and chillier 50’s.
Skies clear early next week, sunshine helps temperatures rebound into the 60’s by Tuesday.
