LAKE OF THE OZARKS, Mo. — Three people have been hospitalized after a boat explosion at Lake of the Ozarks.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the explosion happened around 2:40 p.m. on Saturday, July 31, on the main channel at the 10.3-mile marker.
According to the report, the boat experienced a mechanical failure in the engine compartment causing an explosion.
