MOUNTAIN GROVE, Mo. — Storms caused a barn to catch fire early Saturday morning.
According to the Mountain Grove Fire Department, the fire started at around 5 a.m. and the fire spread to a honey processing building.
The fire department says the fire was likely started by lightening hitting a piece of farming equipment. Around 250 chickens perished in the fire and some farming equipment was severely damaged.
