SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — You could be seeing more outdoor dining in Springfield.

Tomorrow, city council members will vote on two bills that could allow for more social distancing.

One bill would allow restaurants to use parking lots as an outdoor dining space, as long as the Civil Emergency is in place.

Another bill would waive the application fees downtown and on Commercial Street for sidewalk cafes through Nov. 30.
