LAWRENCE COUNTY, Mo. — An Aurora woman is dead after a single-car crash Saturday morning.

A Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report says Pamela S. White, 38, was four miles east of Mount Vernon and traveling westbound on State Highway 174 around 9:30 a.m.

White’s 2007 Mercury Milan ran off the road, hit a tree then overturned. White was pronounced dead at the scene.

This is MSHP Troop D’s 55th fatality crash for 2023.
