LEBANON, Mo–Seattle Seahawks lineman and Lebanon native Justin Britt held his annual football camp for kids Saturday but Sunday, it was all about wrestling.
Being a profesisonal football player, whose job is to move people, it’s no suprise Britt was a great wrestler in high shcool as well. He won the class four heavy weight championship in 2009. Going a perfect 45-0 on the year.
Sunday Britt held a camp with two sessions at Lebanon high school. The first group included kids 7-12 at 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. And the second group included kids 13-18 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
“It’s geared towards wrestlers. We’ve got all sizes, I’ve got coaches that have been in different weight classes, so we are just out here having fun. Things are good. The future looks good. I am just enjoying the ride in the NFL, it’s been fun. Yeah, it is always good to be home and see familiar faces and see people that mean a lot to me,” said Justin Britt.
