OSAGE BEACH, Mo--Now for our Friday lake report, and we're going to look at Lake of the Ozarks, a little more than an hour north of Springfield.
The water temperature at Lake of the Ozarks is 82 degrees with the water at normal level but dingy.
The catfish are good and biting on minnows around docks and troll crankbaits along the bluffs.
The crappie are good and hitting minnows and crank baits.
The black bass are slow and biting on soft plastics.
Now for a couple of pictures, the first is from Eddie Bruhn, and the Ozarks native who lives in Atlanta now, caught this nine and a half pound large mouth bass on Lake Chickamaga.
Eddie says he caught it on a special lore made at Bass Pro Shops.
The second picture is from Kris Wagner from Rogersville.
He caught this seven pound large mouth bass at Table Rock using soft plastics.
Our Friday lake reports will continue all summer and I want to show off your fishing pictures, so e-mail them to me email@example.com.
