SPRINGFIELD, Mo–Missouri Class 2 state semifinals Thursday, on the boys side, Purdy faced Hayti.

And Purdy getting the ball to Colt Keeling with the reverse layup and it was a tied game early.

Hayti pulling away in the first quarter, Jerrod Covington stops and pops from 12 feet and it’s an 8-4 Indians lead.

Hayti with a full court press, the Eagles go over the top to Osiel Aldava and it’s a four point deficit.

The Indians press forcing Purdy turnovers, Chrivantae Moore picks off the pass, splits the defense, gets the hoop and the foul, it’s 14-7 Indians.

Purdy trying to keep pace, the long pass to Jose Sanchez for the layup it’s a 15-9 Indians lead.

Hayti too strong, Moore with the baseline jumper.

And the Indians advance to the Class 2 state championship game 63-46.
