ST LOUIS, Mo–The Missouri Valley named it’s All-Conference football team Monday, and two Missouri State Bears made first team honors.
Dylan Cole and Deion Holliman were put on the first team for a second straight year.
Cole is a finalist for the Buck Buchanan award which goes to the top defensive player in the FCS division.
The Rogersville native led the Bears in tackling in nine of the 11 games and averaged 15 tackles a game in Valley play.
He finished with 457 career tackles, 9th on the all-time list.
Receiver Deion Holliman made first team as well.
Getting second team honors, tight end Erik Furmanek and defensive lineman Colby Isbell.
Freshman linebacker McNeece Egbim, and receivers Malik Earl and Zac Hoover made Honorable Mention All-Valley.
