Bears Drop Second Straight Conference Game


EVANSVILLE, In–The Missouri State Bears are coming off their first Valley loss of the season. Mo State looking to get back in the win column Friday night at Evansville. 

Mo State tied for second in the Valley standings.

In the first Evansville goes on an 8-0 run. John hall off the turnover takes it to the other end for two. Purple aces lead 22-12.

In the second half Alize Johnson trying to spark the offense. Gets it to drop. While he dropped another double double. Johnson had 16 points and 14 rebounds. Bears down 5.

Later in the second Jarrod Dixon playing some defense. The steal then up to Ronnie Rousseau. That cuts it to 45-40.

Then Dixon contributing behind the arc. Drains the triple. Bears still down five.

But Missouri State could never climb all the way back. While Dainius Chatkevicius climbs the ladder.
Bears drop their second straight 64-55.
