VIOLA, Ark. — A Viola woman is accused of taking money meant for an insurance company she worked for.
33-year-old Amy Baker was charged April 19 with Fraudulent Insurance Acts, a class D felony.
Court documents in the case state Baker worked for a Fulton County branch of Farm Bureau insurance, and that she took several cash premium payments and used the money for personal use. The crimes are alleged to have occurred between November 2016 and September 2017.
Baker was released on bond April 20. No court date was listed in online records.
