WAYNESVILLE, Mo. – A hearing is scheduled for tomorrow (May 18) to set a trial for the teacher charged with sexual contact with a student. 

Kristy Sicard will appear in court for a trial setting. Sicard is charged with one felony count of sexual contact with a student.

The sexual contact happened between March and May of 2016. 

According to a probable cause statement, the victim met with Sicard two times when no one else present. The victim also stated she sent him several nude photos via SnapChat. Several of the victim’s friends saw the photos while over at the victim’s house.
