Teenagers who do not get enough quality sleep have more cardiovascular risk factors. A new study in Pediatrics finds adolescents who sleep less than seven hours have increased body fat and higher blood pressure.
And obesity is more common in the country than the city. New CDC figures show 34 percent of adults in rural counties are obese, compared to almost 29 percent in metropolitan areas.
