BRANSON, Mo.– The newest roller coaster at Silver Dollar City will open next week, March 14. This is the same date the park also opens.

Time Traveler, the double, complete circuit coaster will travel at speeds up to 50 miles per hour and take riders on a 90-degree plunge after climbing 10 stories.

Brad Thomas, president of Silver Dollar City Attractions, says the spinning coaster will also turn riders upside down three times.  And it will launch at 0-47 mph in 3 seconds.

This project is two years in the making – and is the largest themed investment ever for Silver Dollar City, Thomas said.
