TEXAS COUNTY, Mo. - An EF1 tornado has been confirmed by the National Weather service in Texas County near Licking from Friday night's storms.
According to the NWS, the tornado had maximum winds of 100 mph and a width not more than 50 yards and struck around 8:20 p.m.
It damaged a house, vacant mobile home and uprooted and snapped several trees, the NWS reports.
The tornado had a five-mile path along Highway 32 from near Licking to five miles southeast of Beulah near Sherrill Creek, according to the NWS.
This is the third tornado confirmed in the Ozarks from Friday evening storms by the NWS so far.
