Showers Continue, Less Humid Week —
Overnight tonight, storms and showers will continue for much of the area. These storms have the potential to become strong to severe with the main threat being gusty winds and small hail. This line of storms has a history of producing tornado spin ups, so they cannot be ruled out. Lows tonight will be in the upper 60’s.
To start off your work week, temperatures will be cooler, in the lower 80’s. Scattered showers and thunderstorms will still be a possibility for Monday. Once all the showers and storms move out by late Monday, less humid conditions come in from the north. Overnight lows will be in the middle 60’s.
Tuesday, we will be looking at temperatures in the low 80’s and less humid air! Dew points will be in the 50’s, so a more fall-like day! This trend will continue for most of the week! Wednesday through the weekend, temperatures will gradually ride the temperatures roller coaster back up to the upper 80’s to lower 90’s. Dew points will also gradually increase but an overall nice week expected.
Slight rain chances are in the forecast for Thursday into Friday.
By the weekend, temperatures will be back up in the lower 90’s.
