HARRISON, Ark. — Boone County Search and Rescue recovered a second body along Crooked Creek, according to the Boone County Sheriff’s Office. The body is believed to be Amy Villines.

According to a news release from the sheriff’s office, the crew found the body in a debris pile near Lost Spur Ranch about 3 miles away from where John Villines’ body was found on Feb. 5. 

The Arkansas State Medical Examiner’s office will determine a positive identification of the body on Monday.

The couple was swept away after their SUV was washed off a road in Harrison on Nov. 30.

Crews previously drained and sifted through Lake Harrison in the search for them.
