MARSHFIELD, Mo. – A Rogersville man was charged with first degree statutory or attempted statutory rape of a person less than 12 years old, and first degree statutory or attempted statutory sodomy with a person less than 12 years old, Jan 8, 2018.

Michael E. Cohen, of Rogersville, allegedly sodomized and raped a 10 year old female in his previous residence in Marshfield in July, 2017, a probable cause statement from the Circuit Court of Webster County says.

Cohen has a hearing scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 15. He is being held on $200,000 bond.
