Overnight Shooting Sends Two Victims to the Hospital

ROLLA, Mo- Two teenage males have been shot in an overnight shooting Wednesday.

The shooting happened near the intersection of 1st and Walnut street in Rolla.

According to a press release, officers were contacted by a female who told the officers that two men had been shot in her home and said that they were driving themselves to the hospital.

Officers then found the two men, ages 17 and 19, at Phelps County Regional Medical Center

The men had both sustained gunshot wounds and were then taken to Columbia for further treatment. 

As of now both victims are in stable condition. 

Officers have found that one white male and one black male were responsible for the shooting, which included the use of a handgun. The two suspects fled the scene.
