DOOR COUNTY, Wis. -- The power of Mother Nature is in full display in Door County, Wisconsin.
This pileup was caused by a phenomenon known as "ice shoves."
Ice pushed up against this cottage in Door County on Saturday, breaking through walls and windows.
Within a few hours, large chunks of ice broke into in the bedroom.
No one was injured.
"Ice shoves" are caused by wind pushing ice from lakes or oceans onto the shore.
Ice then rolls in similar to a tsunami, often damaging structures on its path.
The phenomenon is common this time of the year in parts of Wisconsin.
