Man Found Guilty in Shooting at Bass Pro Parking Lot

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - The man who assaulted two people at a Bass Pro parking lot on October 8, 2016 has been found guilty by a jury for first degree assault, armed criminal action and domestic assault.

Greg Marvin, 46, parked his vehicle on the opposite end of the parking lot and then walked around Bass Pro over to his ex-girlfriend's vehicle. 

Marvin approached the woman and another man and he began shooting the man. Marvin then assaulted the woman by striking her repeatedly. 

Evidence during the trial showed by Bass Pro which showed the defendant shoot the man, assault the woman and run back to the man who had been shot and continue to assault him.

The sentencing phase of the trial will take place on March 9, 2018.
