Gov. Parson to make Several stops in Springfield

SPRINGFIELD, Mo- Governor Mike Parson will be in Springfield Thursday.

Parson will be talking about the state budget, investing in infrastructure and workforce development, fully funding K-12 education, stabilizing budgets for higher education, and curbing opioid abuse.

Parson will start his day at Wonders of Wildlife at 9 a.m. then he'll travel to Study High School,   2343 W. Olive St., at 10:30, then a quick luncheon stop at Glass Hall (closed to the public) and finally ending at   Ozarks Technical Community College at 2 p.m.

From there Parson will travel to Phillipsburg.
