BOLIVAR, Mo — It’s been a change of pace for Missouri Governor Mike Parson (D-Bolivar) since taking over as Governor about six months ago.
He says he still calls his farm in Bolivar home though.
Tom Trtan with Ozarks Lve! was invited to catch up with him there.
Governor Parson says he still works on the farm every day.
His work in Jefferson City though is focused on two priorities: Infrastructure and workforce development.
The two also talked about the personal sacrifices that come along with being a public servant and the Governor’s hope for the job.
The Governor says after his time in office, he’ll come back to the farm in Bolivar and continue to work.
