SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A woman has been arrested in connection with two shooting deaths on Nov. 1, according to Springfield Police Department spokesperson Jasmine Bailey.

 Nyadia Burden, 25, was arrested on Friday. According to online court records, she’s charged with two counts of first degree murder and two counts of first degree assault.

On Nov.1, four shooting victims were located by Springfield Police at 906 E. Locust in Springfield. Aaron “Joshua” Hampton and Steven Marler were two of the victims at that location and died from their injuries. Two other individuals at that location suffered multiple gunshot wounds and were hospitalized with serious physical injuries requiring surgery.

Three others, Luis Perez, Aaron D. Anderson, and Dalia Garcia, are facing charges in connection to the deaths as well.
