SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - Larry Presley, 39, of Brighton, Missouri was sentenced Tuesday on multiple charges.
Presley was charged with discharging a firearm at a person, armed criminal action, domestic assault in the second degree, and armed criminal action. for firing a shotgun at his ex-girlfriend as she tried to leave his residence in 2014.
Detectives from the Greene County Sheriff's office processed the scene and found two holes in the bedroom window along with two shotgun shells in the trashcan, and numerous firearms inside Presley's bedroom.
Presley was sentenced to over 30 years without parole and will be transferred to the Missouri Department of Corrections.
