ARK AG Files Brief Supporting Trump Travel Ban

ARKANSAS -- - Arkansas Attorney General, Leslie Rutledge has filed an amicus brief with the US Supreme Court in support of President Donald Trump's temporary travel ban.

Only portions of the ban were deemed legal by SCOTUS, after two lower courts blocked Trump's original executive order.

Rutledge is asking SCOTUS to take up the case, and issue a definitive ruling on the president's full travel ban.

15 other states joined Rutledge in her filing.

There's no timetable for when, or even if, The Supreme Court will respond.
