POLK COUNTY, Mo. — The Polk County 911 service is up and running after temporarily being down.
Polk County Dispatch posted on their Facebook page today that the AT&T fiber cut has been fixed.
“Big thanks to Greene Co Dispatch and Mercy Dispatch for the help during this event,” the post said.
Polk County does not have a lot of information as to how or why the fiber was cut. They will be following up with this incident to determine what the cause was.
“Thanks again to the citizens for your patience and understanding, also thanks to all that called to offer assistance to our center,” the post said.
