UPDATE: Emergency Operating System Back Up in Branson

BRANSON, Mo. — The 911 operating system in Branson is back up and running.

BRANSON, Mo. — The 911 system in Branson is down again.

According to a news release from the city, it appears to be a region-wide issue that’s currently impacting Taney and Stone counties.

A widespread 911 operating system outage previously affected nine counties in the Ozarks on Thursday.

Branson officers are currently patrolling neighborhoods. The fire department is also aware and is on standby. 

It’s not known at this time when the system will be back up.
