First Day of Spring Forecast —
Clouds rolled in early today with temperatures topping off in the upper 50’s and lower 60’s across the region. Clouds will stick around through the evening and overnight with showers moving in. Overnight tonight showers will move in from northwest to southeast and a low-pressure system moves across the Ozarks. A cold front will push through bringing our showers. Overnight lows will drop into the lower and middle 40’s.
Showers and clouds will continue to linger into the morning hours, so grab your rain jacket and umbrella for the morning commute and morning bus stop. By dismissal, temperatures will top off in the upper 40’s and lower 50’s with clearing skies through the evening. Rain totals will range from a tenth of an inch to around a quarter of an inch. Overnight temperatures will drop into the middle 30’s.
Thursday, the sunshine comes back and so do the warmer temperatures! Highs will top off in the upper 50’s and lower 60’s with plenty of sunshine! Overnight temperatures will drop into the lower and middle 30’s.
Friday, the sunshine sticks around and warmer temperatures come with it! Highs will reach the middle and maybe even a few upper 60’s with plenty of sunshine!! Overnight lows will drop into the lower 30’s.
Saturday, we will start off dry with temperatures reaching the lower 60’s. Clouds will filter in through the day ahead of our next shower chance that will come through the evening and overnight hours. Overnight lows will drop into the upper 40’s.
Sunday through Tuesday shower chances will continue with breezy conditions. Totals and timing are still uncertain so far out, this is something we will continue to monitor.
