Returning Showers Saturday —
Clouds will be sticking around tonight, keeping our lows in the middle 60s.
High pressure moves in behind the front, we’ll have a brief break from the rain on Friday.
Friday should be beautiful! Expect a mix of sun and clouds with comfortable temperatures and humidity. Highs will be in the middle and upper 80’s with sunshine.
Our front retreats back to the north by Saturday, stalling across the Ozarks through the weekend. This will allow for rounds of showers/ storms likely, with locally heavy rain possible. Localized flooding will be a concern if storms happen to pass over the same areas multiple times.
Sunday looks like the best chance for heavy downpours, which your grass and plants will appreciate! This rain will help with our drought conditions.
Clouds and rain keep temperatures suppressed to the upper 70’s and lower 80’s all weekend.
The front exits to the south on Monday with a few more storms possible. We’ll dry out by Tuesday.
The rest of the week looks sunny and dry with temperatures inching back up into the upper 80s.
