Saturday, a round of showers and clouds will move through in the early hours and leave behind breezy conditions. With these breezy conditions and sunshine in the afternoon, temperatures will have no problem topping off in the middle and upper 70’s.
Sunday, we will see more sun than clouds and temperatures topping off int he lower 70’s. Overnight temperatures will drop into the middle 50’s with showers possible.
Next week the pattern turns unsettled again with rounds of shower and storms each day. Despite the showers and clouds, temperatures will remain mild in the 70’s through the week. A front will move into the Ozarks as early as Sunday night and stall. The jet stream (path of storminess) will turn southwesterly over the Midwest opening the door to shower and storm chances. Locally heavy rain and the risk for severe weather may also be a concern at times too next week.
