Tennessee Top 10 Fugitive Arrested in Arkansas

BOONE COUNTY, Ark. — A Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s Top 10 fugitive wanted for homicide was arrested in Omaha, Arkansas, early Friday morning.

According to a news release, 34-year-old James Rush Huddleston is charged with criminal homicide in connection with the death of a 35-year-old Tennessee man.

TBI special agents and the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force found out Huddleston was in Arkansas and the West Arkansas U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested him.

Until his extradition to Tennessee, he will be held in the Boone County Jail.

According to the news release, Huddleston waived his extradition in court Friday morning and will return to Tennessee to face his charge.
