SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The Better Business Bureau is warning consumers today of a Springfield company that is still receiving complaints.
Consumers say Maker Geeks, a 3-D printer filament company, has not made deliveries as promised.
Consumers complain they have received incorrect items or never received their purchased products.
A Springfield man told the Bureau he waited three months for a refund and didn’t receive it until he filed a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General’s office.
Maker Geeks’ owner says the shipping delays were due to broken equipment and falling behind with holiday sales.
