Springfield City Utilities general manager to retire in December


SPRINGFIELD – The top executive at Springfield City Utilities for eight years has announced he will be retiring.

Today, scott miller announced he will be retiring in December. 

City Utilities says under Miller’s time as general manager, the utility company has strengthened its financial position, and invested in renewable energy.
