ATOKA, OKLAHOMA — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol Tuesday arrested a jail escapee from Pulaski County, MIssouri, along with a woman charged with helping him.
Pulaski County Sheriff Ron Long says Dustin Richardon and Marlee Davy were found by Oklahoma Highway Patrol at a McDonald’s restaurant in Atoka, Oklahoma. They surrendered peacefullly.
Long says Richardson was driving a vehicle that was reported stolen in Dallas County on Monday.
Richardson and James “JR” Sherrell escaped from the jail in Waynesville early Sunday morning. Sherrell was recaptured Monday in Crocker, Missouri. Davy is accused of helping them escape.
