Seneca shuts down in-roads amid flooding

NEWTON COUNTY, Mo.– With Saturday morning showers has come flooding, seen in Seneca.

All roads into Seneca have been shut down until the flooding recedes.

A flash flooding emergency was issued by the National Weather Service for the town at about 7 a.m.

The Seneca Police Department have reported making multiple water rescues this morning.
