Pulaski County Sheriff signs new policy ‘Duty to Intervene’ into order

PULASKI COUNTY, Ark. (KARK) – The Pulaski County Sheriff’s office announced today that Sheriff Eric Higgins has signed a new policy.

The policy is called a Duty to Intervene that requires deputies to stop another sworn employee when force is being inappropriately applied or is no longer required.
