WILLOW SPRINGS, Mo. — A plane crashed just 700 feet short of the Willow Springs Airport around 3 p.m. on Dec. 8.
The aircraft crashed due to a loss of power.
The plane caused minor damages to a nearby house during the course of the accident.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the pilot suffered minor injuries.
Due to the plane being “experimental,” there were no passengers on board.
