SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Part of Commercial Street will be closing down for over a month while crews work to improve the intersection at Division and Commercial.
The street will be closed from Division to Locust Street for about six weeks drivers are advised to find a different route until the road reopens.
The intersection will be modified into a more traditional one with a new stop sign.
Sidewalks will be relocated to run parallel to the road as well.
