Ozarks Volunteers Head to Texas for Hurricane Help

SAN ANTONIO — Volunteers from around the Ozarks are deploying to Texas to assist with Hurricane Harvey.

Missouri Task Force One will head to San Antonio.

The Boone County Fire Protection District manages the force.

Hurricane Harvey was upgraded to a category four Friday evening.

Harvey is expected to be one of the most catastrophic hurricanes to hit the nation in years.
