Ozarks Tonight: Why people like the horror genre


SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Do you like scary movies or books? Many people do! And the Springfield Greene County Libraries is offering a Summer Scaries Series – a reading program to give kids and teens a chance to read horror books, discuss them and sometimes even meet authors. 

Jenifer Abreu talked to Konrad Stump, the local history associate for the Library, about the Summer Scares and other programs to get people reading genres and topics they are interested in.  For more info go to thelibrary.org.
