Ozarks Tonight: #MoveMoreSGF, It’s Good For Your Heart

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – April is Move More Month.

The weather is getting nicer, so it makes it easier getting outside! Plus, moving is good for your health and your heart.
And that’s exactly why the City of Springfield wants you to #MoveMoreSGF. And you get a chance to win a gift card and some prizes, too. It’s a scavenger hunt for all ages.

Jenifer Abreu talked to Peggy Scott with the American Heart Association and Julie Viele, the public health representative with the Springfield-Greene County Health Department, about all the details on this Scavenger Hunt.

There are 12 hearts. One heart equals one entry for the prizes. The drawing will be on May First.

The hearts are located at different sites in Springfield that are historical, educational or unique to the city. You can find clues for where to start on the Facebook event page
