In this Ozarks Tonight, Jenifer Abreu talked to Adam Wright, a health coach, about low-carb and keto diets.
Wright shared his own health journey and how he lost several pounds. Although he says he brought his carb intake down, he says carbohydrates, generally, are not the enemy (good news, right?) but it’s just about how much and when you eat them.
