HOT SPRINGS, Ark. — A landmark hotel in Arkansas frequented by the infamous Al Capone and other mobsters may shut its doors for good.
The Arlington Hotel and Spa in Hot Springs may close down for safety reasons.
Capone was known to frequent the town in the 30s.
The Chicago mobster had his own suite still known as “Al’s Suite”.
The hotel has shut down 47 rooms because of electrical violations.
If the safety violations aren’t fixed by November it will shut down the entire hotel.
