Here is a look at how the markets closed yesterday:

    The Nikkei closed up 317 points.
    The Dow finished up 135.
    The NASDAQ closed up 48 points.
   
The average 30-year mortgage rate reached a new low for the year.
The fixed-rate fell to 3.94% down from 3.95% last week.
The rate averaged 3.65% last year, the lowest on records that date back to 1971.

Imagine traveling from city to city through a high speed tube.  A dutch tech startup is trying to make it possible.
The hyperloop was first proposed to transport pods of people through a tube at speeds of roughly 700 miles per hour.  The Netherlands just unveiled a new hyperloop test tube. It’s one hundred feet long and 10 and half feet in diameter.
The company hopes to connect Amsterdam with Paris by 2021.

Today is National Donut day. Why not have a drone drop you a donut?
Denver’s “Lamar’s Donuts” hired  “Drone Dispatch” to deliver four boxes of the tasty treats to the city’s mayor, and police and fire departments.
The drone carried the cargo just a block to comply with FAA regulations, requiring pilots to keep the drone in sight.
