SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -One of two suspects in the drive-by murder of Tyler Rambo at Dayton Mobile Home Park has been charged.

Greene County Prosecuting Attorney Dan Patterson announces Dameon P. W. Clinghan, 24, of Atwater, California is facing charges of first-degree murder, armed criminal action, unlawful use of a weapon and felon in possession of a firearm.

This comes after an arrest made earlier today of two 24-year-olds in connection with the shooting death. According to Patterson, Clinghan is one of the two who were arrested earlier today.

“We have worked straight through to get these suspects in custody. We hope this brings some resolution to the victim’s family and our community that these violent suspects are in jail,” said Sheriff Arnott in a press release earlier today.

Charges have been presented to the Greene County Prosecutors Office for review.

Clinghan is currently in the Greene County Jail and being held without bond. The investigation is ongoing but no additional charges are expected today.

Deputies responded to the murder around 2:43 p.m. Saturday, October 7.
