Two local schools receive grant money for school security

Mo. — Two schools in the Ozarks were chosen to receive thousands in grant money to improve school security.

Both the Warsaw and Stoutland districts were among a total of five schools selected from across the state to use these “stop school violence” grants.

The Warsaw school district will be using over $140,000 to implement anonymous reporting technology.

Stoutland will use almost $85,000 to work on school violence prevention.
