PHELPS COUNTY, Mo. — If you were stuck in some traffic on Interstate 44 in Phelps County earlier today, here is what caused it.
A tractor-trailer overturned on the westbound lanes blocking traffic for a few hours.
Traffic was backed up for about four miles.
The driver was transported to a nearby hospital with unknown injuries.
The scene has already been cleared and lanes are already open again.
