STANDOFF: Police surround home in Northwest Springfield

UPDATE: The police have cleared the scene and the standoff has ended.

There was no one inside the home and no arrests were made.

police are still looking for the suspects.

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Police have surrounded a home in the 2400 block of West Olive Street, near the corner of North West Ave. in Northwest Springfield.

Springfield Police say they are looking for suspects after a potential shooting.

There are no known victims at this time.

Officers are now using a speaker to draw the suspect outside of the home.

Roads leading up to the scene are blocked off.
